Grant Creation

Our team can assist your organization in all phases of the grant writing process including:

• Identifying funding goals and priorities;

• Identifying the right funding sources;

• Developing a project plan from proposal guidelines; and

• Assist with gathering narratives, supporting materials, and developing project budgets.

Documentation

We strongly believe that our customers deserve extensive access and documentation for all of our collaborated work.  This documentation is encouraged to be used for presentations, annual reports, and archiving.  Customers are provided with regular written progress reports with time intervals as well as a yearly summary.  These reports contain all off-site and onsite work, grant dates & deadlines, meetings attended, submitted grants, non-submitted grants, and grant management updates.  GMA Consulting also offers a web based product that maintains all grants and contracts information.

Using the basic logic model, we can review your organizations program(s) so you can gain effective program planning, implementation, and reporting. Our evaluation includes:

• Program Structure - We review the programs resources, techniques, tools, technology, and processes to help programs reduce and eliminate barriers to bring about desired results.

• Outcomes Measurement - Programs tend to lack basic documentation of results that could lead to poor outcomes measurement.  We can work with your program to ensure that important information is being collected and calculated to show successful outcomes. Reporting results to funders could lead to repeated funding and strong community relationship building by showing stakeholders a positive community impact.

• Program Audit - Our non-CPA audit reviews where grant monies are spent as they were intended in the grant.
